Tim has been president of Catapult Insurance Solutions since 2017. Previously, he served as divisional vice president with Great American Insurance Group’s Property and Inland Marine division. In this role, he acted as director of the U.S. and Canadian homebuilder profit centers and as a Lloyd’s Coverholder manager. He also worked closely with MGAs and program administrators to distribute the division’s products. Tim brings nearly two decades of insurance experience with an extensive background in residential construction, inland marine, commercial casualty, and program development and management. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and holds several professional designations. Tim also serves on the board of directors for Insuring the Children (ITC.org), an insurance industry charity.
Vice President of Business Development
Steve joined Catapult as Vice President of Business Development. He has more than 20 years of industry experience most recently serving as Assistant Vice President of Target Markets at the Cincinnati Insurance Companies. Mr. Fisher has extensive experience in underwriting and program development with a focus on the construction and healthcare segments. He is responsible for growing Catapult’s current program portfolio while expanding programs and distribution sources throughout the U.S. Mr. Fisher has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Vice President of Underwriting and Product Management
Becky King is the Vice President of Underwriting and Product Management. Becky oversees the underwriting team, product management and compliance. Her in-depth knowledge of construction, general liability, and property and inland marine coverage is a tremendous resource for Catapult’s program development. Becky has been with Catapult since 2009, holding positions of increasing responsibility throughout her tenure. Prior to her time at Catapult, she was a commercial underwriter with Travelers Insurance. Becky holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and has worked in the insurance industry for nearly 20 years.
Senior Program Underwriter
Debra is a Senior Program Underwriter. She underwrites new and renewal business for the general liability program in addition to maintaining agent relationships. Prior to joining Catapult, Debra worked at The Woodlands Financial Group as a commercial underwriter. Her responsibilities included underwriting, rating, sales, and marketing. She has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years with specialization in the construction industry for 12 years. With her rich background in the industry, Debra provides knowledge and expertise to our retail agents.
Program Underwriter II
Tena is a Program Underwriter II with Catapult. She has been with our team since 2016 and brings coverage diversity and in-depth product knowledge for our construction products. Prior to joining Catapult, Tena specialized in the Texas non-subscription market for nearly 25 years. Tena currently focuses on underwriting our builder’s risk and contractor’s equipment programs. Her in-depth knowledge helps agents place projects of all sizes and complexity.
Program Underwriter I
Jeff is a Program Underwriter I with Catapult, focusing on our General Liability and Earthquake/Flood DIC products. Jeff joined our team with a background in hospitality management and has quickly developed his insurance skill set into many areas. Prior to his time at Catapult, Jeff served in the military as a member of JAG Corps and he currently serves in the Army Reserves. We are thankful for his service and proud to have him as a member of our team.
Susan is an Account Associate for Catapult. Prior to joining our team, Susan was a Disbursement Coordinator for CSC/DXC Technologies in Plano, TX. Susan has 15+ years of experience in various customer service and accounting/financial rolls. Her responsibilities on our team include underwriting support and billing/invoicing services. Susan’s attention to detail and adaptability allows us to operate at a high level.
